THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO.502024 IN THE PARISH OF ARNSIDE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF

PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cumbria County Council to carry out surfacing and drainage works to the slipway area leading to the beach ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along that section of Footpath No.502024 in the Parish of Arnside from its junction with Redhills Road at Grid Ref: 345055 478204, extending in a north westerly direction for approx. 173m to the end of the slipway at Grid Ref: 344924 478301.

The Order will come into operation on I September 2018 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that ft will only be required for 10 days.
