CARLISLE CITY COUNCIL Form of Public Notice to be given on Application to renew a Sex Establishment Licence LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 - SCHEDULE 3 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE
I, Michael Tudor, 211 Hardhorn Road, Poulton Le Fylde, Lancashire, FY6 8DW, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I on the 9th May 2017 made an application to the Carlisle City Council for the renewal of a licence to use the premises known as Rouge and situated at Englishgate Plaza, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA1 1RP as a Sexual Entertainment Venue as defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982. Any objection to the application should be made in writing, stating in general terms the grounds on which the objection is made to the Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Civic Centre, Carlisle, CA3 8QG and should arrive not later than 28 days after the 31st May 2018. An objectors name and address will not be revealed to the applicant by the Council without the objector's prior consent.
