Notice of Intended Disposal of Open Space Land Cumbria County Council intends to make a disposal by way of a freehold transfer of a piece of land which is for identification purposes only described in the Schedule to this Notice and shown edged red on the plan which is available for inspection at Cumbria House, 117 Botchergate, Carlisle, CA1 1RD during normal business hours commencing on 28 October 2022 and may otherwise be obtained by emailing Kirsty.Brough@cumbria.gov.uk.
This is a formal Notice given insofar as the above parcel of land consists of or forms part of an open space within the meaning of 123(1)(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. Objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Chief Legal Officer, Cumbria House, 117 Botchergate, Carlisle, CA1 1RD or made by email to Kirsty.Brough@cumbria.gov.uk by no later than close of business
on 30 November 2022.
