For Blackburn With Darwen Borough Council (Fp185 Darwen) (Definitive Map Modification) Order 2022

The above Order made on 29th September 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map & Statement of Public Rights of Way for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council by: Adding to them the Footpath No.185 Darwen from the junction of FP's 186 & 187 Darwen at Point A in a general south easterly direction via Point B to Cuckoldman's at Point C (SD 72118 20650) then in a general southerly direction via Point D (SD 72118 20612) to Far Hillock at Point E (SD 72127 20501), approximate length 555 metres, with a fork from Point D south of Cuckoldman's in a general south easterly direction to connect with FP67 Edgworth at Point F (SD 72322 20546), approximate length 215 metres.

Representations or written objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the undersigned to be received no later than 12th November 2022 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State (or part of it if the authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981)
may itself confirm the Order (or that part of the Order). If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it. Dated 29th September 2022
