Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed development at: From land at the junction of Bury Old Road and the A680 Rochdale Road, Edenfield to land at Woodgate Hill Water Treatment Works off Sixth Avenue and Castle Hill Road, Bury. Take notice that application is being made by: United Utilities PLC. For planning permission to: Description of development: Proposed works for and use of replacement section of aqueduct, including earthworks and ancillary infrastructure including: new valve house buildings and kiosk with permanent vehicular access provision; installation of tunnel shafts and open cut connection areas within a temporary construction compound, to include site access, storage areas, plant and machinery, drainage infrastructure and a residents' parking area. In addition, mine grouting works, to facilitate main tunnelling works. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Bury Metropolitan Borough Council.
