Kenilworth Ave, Whitefield - between Bury Old Rd and Carisbrook Ave. The reason for the proposed order is to maintain overhead operations whilst works to Electricity Pylons are being carried out.
The alternative route will be via Bury Old Rd, Derby Rd and Carisbrook Ave and vice-versa. The proposed Order comes into operation on 03/08/20 and remains in force for up to 1 month, (anticipated duration of the works is 6 days). Dated 30/07/20 Council Solicitor

TOUCAN CROSSINGS ON B6292 AINSWORTH ROAD, RADCLIFFE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police for Greater Manchester, proposes to install Toucan crossings at the following locations not less than 21 days from the date of this notice.
