THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (MOSS LANE/LOWER MOSS LANE, WHITEFffiLD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-Moss Lane, Whitefleld - north-westerly side, from a point 195m east of the easterly kerbline of Bury New Rd to the westerly kerbline of Park Seventeen and Lower Moss Ln, Whitefield - southerly side, from its cul-de-sac end (side of Metrolink) for a distance of 15m in a north-easterly direction (including turning area). A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 17/12/20 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 OEJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 17/12/20 apply to the High Court for that purpose. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (LEVER ST, ALMA ST, MEADOWCROFT & WESTMINSTER AVE, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Lever St, Alma St, Meadowcroft, Radcliffe - full length Westminster Ave, Radcliffe - Coronation Rd to Honiton Gr The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works Local diversions will be signed on site where applicable The proposed Order will come into operation on 11/01/21 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 months. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under sections 1,2, and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-

Back Manchester Road, Bury - Southerly side, from the easterly kerbline of

Jubilee Way for a distance of 6m in an easterly direction Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Watling St, Tottington - between no's 88 and 94 Watling St The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate electricity works Via Tottington Rd, Lee Gate, Bradshaw Rd & Turton Rd, Bolton & vice versa The proposed Order will come into operation on 12/01/21 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 weeks.
