THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (ENGLISH DAMSIDE, CARLISLE) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME AND NO LOADING/UNLOADING AT ANY TIME TRAFFIC RESTRICTION) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to the increased traffic flow as a result of the ongoing closure of Victoria Viaduct, the Count/ Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle to wait at any time, on any day or to load/unload at any time, on any day (including blue badge holders) along the south west side of English Damside, Carlisle from its junction with Bush Brow, extending in a north westerly direction for approx. 90m.

quoting the reference CACH223. The Order will come into operation on 23 December 2019 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restriction will be required for 6 months or until such time as Victoria Viaduct is re-opened and only as and when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
