APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Gabriel Frinculescu of 20 King Street Blackburn, BB2 2DH hereby give notice that we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Finest Italian as follows: List activity and timings: -Supply of alcohol -Monday-Sunday 11:30-23:00.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or by email to: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.

IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
