We, Aspire Real Estates Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Blackburn With Darwen Borough Council for a Premises Licence in relation to premises to be known as 147 Snooker & Pool, 27 Mincing Lane, Blackburn BB2 2AD, a brief description of the activities sought by the application being as follows: To allow sales of alcohol and showing of films, indoor sporting events, live music, performances of dance and anything similar from 10:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday, recorded music from 00:00 to 23:59 Monday to Sunday and late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 Monday to Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
