The application is for Entertainment Monday-Sunday 11am till 6.30am and the Sale of Alcohol Monday-Sunday 11am till 6am Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to. Blackburn with Darwen Borough council licensing section, Floor 3, Old Town Hall, Blackburn, BB1 7DY. The Application can be viewed at the Licensing section www.blackburn.gov.uk it is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
