(Bridleway 7 Chapeltown & Bridleway 19 Edgworth) (Part) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the | Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the I Bridleways referred to in the Schedule below to facilitate the necessary works to the embankment of Turton and Entwistle reservoir. The Order becomes effective on 15th December 2022 for a period of six I months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
