Proposed development at : former Hob Lane School playing field, North of School Lane, Edgworth. Take notice that application is being made by: AntonyRratcliffe, 40 Kirlands, Harwood, bl2 4lu for planning permission to: erect 5 detached ‘passivhaus’ principle dwellings with associated garages, bin stores and private gardens, hard and soft landscaping, all accessed off school lane (both vehicular and pedestrian access points). minor repairs to the length of school lane linking the site access to blackburn road (subject to obtaining any necessary consent / authorisation), and retention / repair of former village school railings. retrospective permission for the change of use of what was part of the former playing field to form private garden curtilage on the east side of the application site. the creation of an eco-park comprising a balancing lake with dipping / viewing platform, an inaccessible (fenced off) ecology zone and an accessible pocket park with associated wheelchair-accessible path, with associated native tree, shrub and other planting. Local planning authority to whom the application is being submitted: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, King William Street,Bblackburn, bb1 7dy.
