LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Coast and Country Hotels Limited has applied to South Lakeland District Council for a Premises Licence for The Orrest Head Lodge, Kendal Road, Windermere, Cumbria,LA23 1AL for the sale / supply of alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include:-
Music, Singing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound, showing of films, and late night refreshment - between the following hours: supply of alcohol, live and recorded music and similar 10:00 hours to 23:30 hours Monday to Sunday, and from 10:00 hours to 23:45 hours on the Friday (excluding Good Friday) and Saturday of each bank holiday weekend; for films from Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00 hours; for late night refreshment Monday to Sunday from 23:00 to 23:30 hours and from 23:00 hours to 23:45 hours on the Friday(excluding Good Friday) and Saturdayofeach bank holiday weekend; for supplyofalcohol ,Regulated Entertainmentand Late Night Refreshment from 10:00 hours on 31st December until midnight on 1st January. The proposed closing time of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 00:00 save as for New Year's Eve when the premises will open at10:00 hours on 31stDecember and will close at 00.00 on 1st January.
