NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE Notice Is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Ltd have applied to Bury Council on 27th February 2017 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at:- Knowsley Hotel, 46 Haymarket Street, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 OAY. To vary the premises licence: Provision of regulated entertainment including live music, recorded music, anything of a similar description, sale by retail of alcohol: Mon-Sun 10:00 - 02:00. Late night refreshment: Mon-Sun 23:00 - 02:00. Hours open to the public: Mon-Sun 07:00 - 02:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 27th March 2017 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Service, Bury Council, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL8 0SW. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Service, Bury Council, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street Bury, BL8 0SW www.bury.gov.uk, during normal office hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
