Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Bury Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, Unit 1, Kay Gardens, Market Street, Bury, BL9 OBL. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. The opening hours of the premises are Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Bury Licensing Service, Bury Council, 3 Knowsley Place Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ, no later than 11 February 2019 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Bury Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Bury Licensing Service, Bury Council, Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury, BL9 OSW during normal business hours or on the council's websile-www.bury.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
