42 The Mall, Mill Gate Shopping Centre, Bury, BL9 OQQ to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00, Public Holidays 09:00 to 23:00.

'and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include:- 'Playing of recorded sound, between the following hours: (provide days and operating hours to include bank holidays) Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00, Public Holiday 09:00 to 23:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to his application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
