THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (HAYMARKET ST, BURY)
(ON STREET DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The effect of the Order is to introduce an on street disabled persons parking place at Haymarket St, Bury, Westerly side from a point 2m southwest of the southerly kerbline of Broad St for a distance of 28m in a south-westerly direction.

A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 27 January 2023 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the Town Hall, Knowsley St Bury during normal office hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 27 January 2023 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
