THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN
FOOTPATH 1 LIVESEY (PART) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the | Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the footpath referred to in the Schedule below due to works being carried out on the line of the right of way. The alternative routes available are referred to in the schedule below.
The Order becomes effective on 6th March 2017 for a period of  six months or until the works have been completed whichever is | the sooner.

During the closure of Footpath 1 Livesey (part) an alternative route will be in place between SD 65861 25684 marked A for approximately 72m to 65851 25612 marked B where it turns in a westerly direction for approximately 130m to SD 65734 25599 marked C where it turns in a South Easterly direction for approximately 180m to SD 65757 25462 marked D and shown with a dashed line.
