Proposed Increase in Licensed Hackney Carriage Fares
effective from 10 December 2022
Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council being the authority for Hackney Carriage, in accordance with Section 65(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976,
HEREBY GIVE NOTICE of the proposed increase to Hackney Carriage fares.
A copy of the proposed increase can be inspected at Blackburn Town Hall, King William Street, Blackburn between the hours of 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. on normal working days.
Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the proposed increase, with reasons for the objection, within 14 days from the date of publication of the newspaper in which this notice appears.
