FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Blackburn with Darwen Council has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Council for a variation of the premises licence for Witton Park, Preston Old Road, Blackburn as follows: To remove the existing conditions attached to the licence and replace with the operating schedule lodged with the application. To add the sale of alcohol as a licensable activity from 10:00 - 23:00 daily. Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting Licensing Service, Blackburn with Darwen Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX during the Council's usual opening hours or viewed on the Council's website;

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 26 July 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
