THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO. 564015 IN THE PARISH OF PRESTON PATRICK)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of
danger to the public due to the dangerous condition of the
bridge and to enable subsequent repair works to be carried out
("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an
Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from
proceeding along that section of Public Footpath No. 564015 in
the Parish of Preston Patrick, from Grid Reference 354444
483609, extending over Skip Burn for approx 13 metres to Grid
Reference 354449 483602.
There is no suitable alternative route available.
N.B. This follows emergency notices dated 3 February 2022 and
24 February 2022.

The Order will come into operation on 17 March 2022 and may
continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date
as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
