Notice under Section 115G of the Highways Act 1980 of Intention to Exercise Powers Under Part VIIA Highways Act 1980 Sections 115A-K
1. Notice is hereby given that Cumbria County Council propose to exercise powers conferred on it by Sections II5A - K Highways Act 1980 to place a Kent Carriage Gap on the Restricted Byway on the route to the Old Anglers Hotel site at Ennerdale.
2. The Kent Carriage Gap structure will subsequently be maintained by United Utilities
