(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRANS, HORSES AND CYCLISTS)
ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cumbria County Council to upgrade the surface of the bridleway, carry out drainage works and signpost the route ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians, horses and cyclists from proceeding along the entire length of Public Bridleway No. 401018 at Yeathouse Farm in the Parish of Arlecdon and Frizington, between Grid References: 304196 517232 and 304245 517159.

There is no suitable alternative route available for pedestrians, cyclists or horses.

The Order will come into operation on 12 October 2022 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will be required for 5 months.
