NOTICE OF CHANGES TO RIGHTS OF WAY NETWORK
IN ENNERDALE AND KINNISIDE PARISH
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP & STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS 2022

DIVERSION OF BRIDLEWAY AND FOOTPATHS AT WOUNDELL BECK AND CREATION OF FOOTPATH 407058 TO THE SOUTH EAST OF ENNERDALE WATER
The above orders were made or 15 November 2022. Diversion Order - this will divert public paths as shown on the order plan:
1. Divert the bridleway from an incorrectly mapped alignment and from the removed concrete bridge/ford across Woundell Beck (NY 130 138 to NY 133 137) onto the new track and bridge to the south, with consequential changes to:
2. Divert footpath from new bridleway at NY 131 138 to link northwards to existing footpath
3. Divert footpath at NY 133 137 eastwards to meet new bridleway.
Creation order - this will create a footpath from FP407024 to the south-east of Ennerdale at NY 1231 1388 generally eastwards along existing trod to BW407028 at NY 1304 1386 as shown on the order plan.
These orders replace the similar ones made in 2010, which are now formally abandoned. Any previous objections or representations will not be considered in this current process.

Any representations about, or objections to, the order should be sent in writing to Rights of Way at the above (LDNPA) address or to nick.thorne@lakedistrict.gov.uk to arrive no later than 4 January 2023.
If we receive none, or if all received are withdrawn, we may confirm an unopposed order. If an order is submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation we will include any outstanding representations and objections.
