We Frydays of Kendal hereby give notice that an application was made to South Lakeland District Council on the 25/06/2020 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Frydays of Kendal, 6 New Road, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4AY from which the following licensable activities are proposed.
Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 11:30 and 22:00 hours Monday to Thursday, 11:30 to 22:30 Friday, 11:30 to 22:00 Saturday, and 11:30 to 21:30 on Sundays.
The full application may be Inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Group, South Lakeland District Council, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or online at

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 24/07/2020.
