THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN
(FOOTPATHS 1 (PART) 2 AND 3 (PART) CHAPELTOWN
 (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the above order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the Footpaths referred to in the Schedule below to facilitate Tree felling works.

The Order becomes effective on 23rd March 2020 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
