(TRAFFIC REGULATION) (VARIATION) ORDER 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the effect of which will be to regulate the movement and waiting of vehicles on highway designated as bus lanes as described in Schedules 1 and 2

Copies of the Order and relevant plans, which will come into force on 20 March 2020, may be examined at the Information Desks, Town Hall, Blackburn and Town Hall, Darwen on Mondays to Fridays inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays). Any queries concerning the Order should be made by telephoning the Traffic section on 01254-585100.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the said Act (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 19 March 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
