Notice relating to section 121 and 119 Charities Act 2011 - notice to be effective for 1 month Animal Rescue Cumbria (The Wainwright Shelter) CIO, Charity Number 1153737 The Trustees propose to enter into a Deed of Easement in favour of Cumbria County Council to assist in providing drainage of surface water from the highway. The proposed Deed of Easement relates to part of the land at Kappellan, Grayrigg, Kendal, LA8 9BS. Location plans and specifications of the proposed drainage pipe and gravel filter bed can viewed at Kappellan, Grayrigg, Kendal, LA8 9BS.
