Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Moto Hospitality Ltd in respect of Premises known as Moto Burton, Burton Service Area, Burton West, Carnforth, LA6 1JF applied to South Lakeland District Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed varia­tion is: to add the sale of alco­hol off the premises Monday to Sunday 0700 to 2300 to the forecourt shop and amalga­mate the already existing Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0500 the fol­lowing morning from premise licence PL(N)0l 17 which applied to the forecourt shop to this licence PL(A)034I99;all other hours and activities to remain as existing. N.B Premises Licence PL(N)0117 will be surrendered upon the grant of this licence. Any rep­resentations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Public Protection Group, South Lakeland District Council, Lowther Street, Kendal, LA9 4DQ no later than 22nd February 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of South Lakeland District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council,given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.southlakeland.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
