PUBLIC PATH NOTICE THE LAKE DISTRICT NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY
FOOTPATH 577038 AT BONFIRE HALL, UNDERBARROW & BRADLEYFIELD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS GIVEN that under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Lake District National Park Authority has made an order dated 13 November 2017. The effect of the order is to prohibit all public traffic for all purposes from proceeding over Footpath 577038 at Bonfire Hall, Underbarrow & Bradleyfield Parish, between grid references SD 4756 9348 and SD 4746 9356, to enable demolition and construction works adjacent to the path.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Lake District National Park Authority has made an order dated 13 November 2017. The effect of the order is to prohibit all public traffic for all purposes from proceeding over Footpath 577038 at Bonfire Hall, Underbarrow & Bradleyfield Parish, between grid references SD 4756 9348 and SD 4746 9356, to enable demolition and construction works adjacent to the path.
The notice and plan showing the route concerned may be inspected during normal office or opening hours at the National Park Authority Offices, Murley Moss, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, LA9 7RL; at South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, LA9 4DQ; and at Staveley Post Office, 22 Main Street, Staveley, Kendal, Cumbria LA8 9LN; and is also available online at www.lakedistrict.gov.uk/ visiting/thingstodo/rowupdates/rowclosures. The order will take effect on 19 November 2017 and will continue in force for six months. During the closure signs will be erected showing the closed path and the alternative route.
