FOOTPATHS 80, 52, 51 (part) BLACKBURN LOWER PHILLIPS ROAD (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the footpaths referred to in the Schedule below due to works being carried out on the line of the right of way. The alternative route is referred to in the schedule below. The Order becomes effective on 13th July 2017 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
