Footpaths 80, 52, And 51 (Part) Blackburn Lower Phillips Road (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the power conferred by sub-section (5) of the Section 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has approved of the continuing in force of the Order made on 13th July 2017 and effective from 13th July 2017. As the works have not been completed The Secretary of State for Transport granted a further extension of the Order until 13th January 2024 or until completion of work, whichever is the earlier. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the footpath referred to in the Schedule below due to works being carried out on the line of the right of way. The alternative routes available are referred to in the schedule below. The paths will be closed in the interests of public safety.
