LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
Bootleggers Bar Limited has applied to South Lakeland District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Bootleggers Music Bar at 24 Finkle Street, Kendal LA9 4AB to allow the sale of alcohol, the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include music, playing of recorded sound, showing of films, singing, live performers, performance of a play and dancing and sporting/game competitions in the presence of an audience (including but not limited to darts and snooker/pool etc) between the hours of 00:01 am and 00:00 am each day. Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 21 November 2016 to the Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4UD or by emailing licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk The full application including details of the proposed Grant may be viewed at the above premises between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
