Full Planning Application for change | of use of dwelling house (451 Livesey Branch Road) to site office associated with new residential development, erection of 4 single storey garages following demolition of the existing garages for properties 449, 451, 453 and 455 Livesey Branch Road. Applicant: Mr Paul Jones. 10/17/0250: Spring Meadows, Darwen. Full Planning Application for works to straighten and upgrade Spring Meadows so that the road can be adopted. Applicant: Ruttle Plant Holdings.
