Pole Lane, Variation of Premises Licensing.

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Ashwood Taverns Limited of Pole Lane, Darwen, BB3 3LD hereby give notice that we have applied to Vary a Premises Licence in respect of Craven Heifer as follows:-
1. Extend the start time for the sale of alcohol to 09:00 daily.
2. Extend the opening hours to allow the premises to open for breakfast, coffee and tea etc. from 07:00 daily.
3. Remove the provision of facilities for dance and music as these are no longer licensable activities.
4. Amend the existing non-standard timings for the sale of alcohol and opening hours as detailed within the application.
5. Remove certain existing Annex 2 and Annex 3 conditions as detailed within the application.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or by email to: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.
