Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we, Northern Morris Cinemas (Bowness) Ltd, have applied to South Lakeland District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Roxy Cinema, Ulverston. The proposed licensable activities are: Exhibition of films, 10:00 to 02:00 hours, seven days a week.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or e-mail licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk no later than 6th September 2022 stating the grounds for the representation.
