The Borough Of Blackburn With Darwen
(Ramsgreave Drive, Blackburn) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, intend to make the above Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to close Ramsgreave Drive from outside No 58 to the sub station on Pleckgate Road.

The closure is necessary for the following reason: Excavate and lay IV Cable in the footway from outside house no 58 to the sub station located on Pleckgate Road. approx 250m. The Order will come into force on 4th July 2022 and shall continue in force for a period of eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 22nd July 2022.
Excavate and lay IV Cable in the footway from outside house no 58 to the sub station located on Pleckgate Road. approx 250m.

The alternative route for the affected traffic will be Ramsgreave Drive, Broadway and Pleckgate Road.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times.
