Licensing Act 2003 Application For A New Premises Licence

Barrow Football Supporters Club has applied to Barrow Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Barrow Football Supporters Club, Wilkie Road, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria, LA14 5UQ to allow the sale of alcohol on and off the premises and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling entertainment, live music, recorded music, performances of dance (may include nudity) and late night refreshment between 09:00 01:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 17th May 2022 to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Services, Barrow Borough Council, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD or by email commercial@barrowbc.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
