Licensing Act 2003 Application For A New Premises Licence

Mr Paul Britton & Mrs Laura Britton have applied to Barrow Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Brittons Meadery at 50 Pine Road, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 5EL to allow the sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) between the following hours: 11:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.

Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 15th August 2022 to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Services, Barrow Borough Council, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD or by email commercial@barrowbc.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
