(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Russell Armer to carry out works in connection with the new housing development at Laurel Gardens ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the following lengths of Footpath:
1. An approx. 300 metre length of Public Footpath No. 536008 in the Parish of Kendal from Grid Reference: 351281 494675 to Grid Reference: 351148 494416;
2. An approx. 6 metre section of Public Footpath No. 574007 in the Parish of Strickland Ketel from Grid Reference: 350880 494473 to Grid Reference: 350883 494468; and
3. An approx. 410 metre section of Public Footpath No. 574027 in the Parish of Strickland Ketel from Grid Reference: 351243 494643 to Grid Reference: 350877494467.

The Order will come into operation on 1 October 2021 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
