Notice is hereby given that Cumbria County Council propose to exercise powers conferred on it by Sections 115A - K Highways Act 1980 to place art works on the proposed shared use footway and cycletrack on the east side of Central Way Underpass, Workington, which will subsequently be maintained by Allerdale Borough Council
