In accordance with the above regulations, notice is hereby given that the Workington Town Centre Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by Allerdale Borough Council on 3rd March 2021. The SPD relates to Workington town centre and provides a framework to guide development in order to promote regeneration and facilitate positive change. The adopted SPD is now a material consideration in the determination of relevant planning applications.
