NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the Kendal Christmas Fest, the South Lakeland District Council has made the under-mentioned Order.
THE DIVERSION OF TRAFFIC, KENDAL (CHRISTMAS FEST) ORDER 2019
THE DISTRICT COUNCIL of SOUTH LAKELAND in the County of Cumbria under and by virtue of the powers contained in Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847
DO HEREBY ORDER THAT:-
Those streets in Kendal specified in the Schedule hereto shall be closed to all vehicles save those vehicles involved in the Kendal Christmas Fest and emergency vehicles during the period 0630 hours to 1800 hours on Saturday 14 December 2019.
THIS ORDER may be cited as "The Diversion of Traffic, Kendal (Christmas Fest) Order 2019"
SCHEDULE
A rectangular area of Market Place, running horizontally from the Shopping Centre entrance to 24 Market Place and extending outwards into Market Place in line with the War Memorial.
