THE CITY COUNCIL OF CARLISLE (STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NUMBER 132023) PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY DIVERSION ORDER 2019 The above Order was made on 29 July 2019. The effect of the Order will be to stop up the length of the public right of way No. 132023 at Rickerby, Carlisle for a distance of approximately 430 metres in length running from Point A at Grid Reference 341 130 557 060 to point B at Grid Reference 341 468 557 110 shown with a broken red line on the order map. The route will be diverted to an alternative route from Point A at Grid Reference 341 130 557 060 to Point B at Grid Reference 341 468 557 110 for a distance of approximately 430 metres at a width of 2.5 metres as shown with a broken blue line on the order map.

A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at the Customer Contact Centre, Civic Centre, Carlisle City Council from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.00 pm on Fridays commencing on 29 July 2019 and viewed on the Carlisle City Council Website. Copies of the Order and Plan may be bought from the Civic Centre at the price of £1.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Mr Mark Lambert Corporate Director of Governance & Regulatory Services of Carlisle City Council Civic Centre Carlisle CA3 8QG not later than 27 August 2019. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council of the City of Carlisle may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the order is sent to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
