THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLISLE (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION AND MINOR AMENDMENT VARIATION PAY BY TELEPHONE) ORDER 2012 (as varied)

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to their powers under Sections 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 as amended and all other enabling powers the Council of the City of Carlisle will, with effect from 1 August 2019, temporarily vary the charges to be paid in connection with the use of the off-street parking places specified in the above named Order ("the Order") (as varied) and listed below.

Under Schedule 9 of the Order (as varied) the tariff bands for the car parks listed below are amended with effect from 1 August 2019 and until 31 March 2020 as follows:

Caldew Riverside Car Park_

Restrictions for use and penalties for non-compliance with parking

provisions remain the same as detailed within the Order (as varied).

The temporary tariff bands will only take effect during the period

1 August 2019 - 31 March 2020.
