NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to s.27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of John Stoddart of 90 Westmorland Street Denton Holme Carlisle Cumbria CA2 5JF who died on the 5th day of December 2017 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to us, the undersigned Solicitors to the Executors of the Will of the said John Stoddart on or before the 17th day of January 2018 after which date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice shall then have been received by the said Executors.
