We Sopron Mini Market Limited of Sopron Mini Market , 207 Halliwell Road, Bolton, BL1 3NT have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:- Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption Off the Premises between 08:00 and 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 02:00 Friday and Saturday. The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being September 28th 2018 The last day for representations to be made will therefore be October 26th 2018 All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
