THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (BLACKBANK STREET & HEREFORD STREET) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANYTIME) (N0.47) ORDER 2018
The Council has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 2 April 2018, will be to Introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions as follows: Blackbank Street - both sides from Hereford St for 90m In a westerly direction. Hereford Street - both sides for Its entire length. The order is necessary to facilitate construction works which will last for approximately 13 months and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
