THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO.520060 IN THE PARISH OF BROUGHTON WEST) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable resurfacing works to be carried out ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along that section of Footpath 520060 at Eccle Riggs Lane in the Parish of Broughton West, from the Kepplewray end at GR 321400 487324, extending for approx. 550m southwards to the corner of Strawberry Bank at GR 321233 486838.

The Order will come into operation on I July 2018 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 2 weeks.
